01

Which Moroccan ritual should I start with?

Choose according to your main goal. Nila is a popular starting point for brightness and glow, while the Hammam ritual focuses on deep body cleansing and softness. Aker Fassi is ideal if you want a traditional natural lip and cheek tint.

02

How do I prepare Nila Powder?

Mix ¼ teaspoon Nila Powder with ¼ teaspoon plain yoghurt, two drops rose water and two drops honey. Apply a thin layer for 15 minutes, rinse gently and moisturise. Do not mix Nila with plain water or rose water alone.

03

What is Moroccan Black Beldi Soap?

Black Beldi is a thick olive-based cleansing paste used during the Moroccan hammam ritual. It is softened on warm, steamed skin and traditionally paired with a Kessa glove to lift away dull surface skin.

04

How does the Aker Fassi clay pot work?

Dampen a brush, cotton bud or fingertip with rose water, rub it gently over the pigmented inner surface, then apply the colour to lips or cheeks. Build the tint gradually and allow the pot to dry after use.

05

Are your Moroccan products authentic?

We source directly from Morocco and select our traditional Moroccan beauty products with care. Product textures, colours and scents can vary slightly because many of these preparations are rooted in natural ingredients and traditional methods.

06

How often should I use a Moroccan ritual?

Frequency depends on the product and your skin. Nila masks and exfoliating Hammam rituals are generally occasional treatments rather than daily steps. Always follow the individual product instructions and avoid over-exfoliation.

07

Should I patch test first?

Yes. Patch test a small amount before full use, especially if your skin is sensitive or you are trying a product for the first time. Stop using the product if irritation occurs.

08

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, Revive & Glow delivers across South Africa. Durban collection is also available by prior arrangement; we do not operate a walk-in store.
